Description: This is another classic Swid Powell commissioned serving set. Although not as well known as the Richard Meier, Michael Graves, Ettore Sottsass or Robert Venturi serving sets, this is a great piece of modern design by the important Israeli architect David Palterer. The original design drawing for this design is in the collection of the Yale University Art Gallery. These are not commonly found and we have only seen a few other complete mint sets with box, one of which we also own, but is missing the insert and can be offered separately at a slightly lower price.
