Description: Here is a set of five copper and brass egg pans model 4301 of simple elegant beauty. The exceptional design and craftsmanship is what you’d expect from the Werkstätte Carl Auböck. These were sold individually and were hung on a wood rack on the wall or placed in a round wooden serving holder. We have seen the wooden holders occasionally, but never the wall rack that is pictured in the Archives books. These are much heavier and substantial than they appear.
