Description: Here is a pair of Curry’s lesser well known, but highly sought after bookend designs. These came in several finishes, including black, stainless, olive green, yellow, orange and red. This pair retains the original and earlier labels on the bottoms as shown in the last photograph. They are very heavy for their size, each weighing in about 3 ½ pounds, so they really do hold up books. We found illustrations of these in some early catalogs issued by the company. We generally see this Angle model in a polished chrome or stainless steel finish, and this is only the second pair we have seen in black. We have another pair on offer in a bright orange.
