Description: Here is a large and heavy bronze bowl by Vendor Copenhagen in Denmark very similar to the work of Tinos also in Denmark. This bowl looks and feels like the work of Tinos. We have seen a few other bronze objects by Vendor Copenhagen, but we have been unable to find any information about this maker. This, as well as the few others we have seen by Vendor Copenhagen, bear the initials EL in script on the bottom, as shown. This bowl is substantial in size and quality construction of thick cast bronze and weighing over 6 pounds, but feels even heavier. This maker rivals Tinos in overall quality, workmanship and heft, but at a significantly lower price point. The only other example of this bowl in this size that we found sold at auction in Europe for over $950.
