Description: Here is an original vintage Piero Fornasetti made box with his famous musical instrument design and early dovetailed corners on the wooden box.  This box has its original green full felt bottom bearing the correct vintage gold Fornasetti impressed signature and logo.  Original vintage Fornasetti metal slide boxes are getting harder to find.
