Description: Here is the small sized Shoemaker lidded box with a detailed contrasting woods patterned parquet inlaid lid made of Cocobolo and Rosewood. The lid for this box is hinged with internal pins as shown. The quality of construction on Shoemaker’s boxes is excellent. It retains its original Shoemaker label as shown. Shoemaker’s work is becoming highly sought after for its excellent design and quality of craftsmanship. We are very fond of his tabletop objects such as his boxes, trays and candlesticks, and try to maintain his work in inventory as available.
