Description: A very difficult to find item from the flatware set designed by Auböck for Collini and manufactured in 1979. Marked on the back “Collini-Austria Design Carl Auböck” and bearing Carl Auböck’s signature raised in the metal. This is a heavy and very well made object. We have only seen a couple of examples from this flatware set ever come to market. An example of this serving utensil is in the collection of the Carnegie Museum of Art in Pittsburgh, PA.
